A Married At First Sight UK legend is reportedly ‘set to make an explosive return’ on the beloved Channel 4 programme.

Ella Morgan, 30, who made history as the first transgender bride on the show on last year’s instalment, might be ‘stirring things up’ soon.

The Celebs Go Dating star could be one of the biggest faces to be featured in the upcoming one-off special episode, which was filmed on Friday and will air early next year.

A source told The Sun: ‘Ella is MAFS royalty, so the special wouldn’t have been the same without her.

‘She’ll be back, alongside some of the most memorable characters from the most recent series, and producers are confident she will stir things up.

‘Now she’s got MAFS and Celebs Go Dating under her belt, she knows what makes good telly and isn’t to speak to her mind.’

During her famous stint on Married At First Sight, Ella had an affair with JJ Slater, 32, despite re-entering as a new couple, it wasn’t meant to be for the ex pair.

While they agreed to remain friends, JJ has since moved on with glamour model Katie Price.

Back in June, Ella revealed she almost quit Celebs Go Dating just hours into filming.

The reality star was ‘excited’ to have signed up for the E4 show but found that pursuing romance in front of the cameras had ‘triggered’ her. 

Taking to Instagram Stories at the time, she said: ‘I’m really excited about this journey, but I nearly quit the other day. It was just getting so much.

‘It was quite triggering. I don’t know what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be a bit of a breeze and a walk in the park.

‘This is definitely more of a solo journey than MAFS. With Celebs Go Dating you’re working out what you do right, what do you wrong, what you need to work on.

‘She’ll be back, alongside some of the most memorable characters from the most recent series, and producers are confident she will stir things up,’ a source told The Sun

Ella explained that taking part in the E4 dating show is more of a ‘solo’ experience than MAFS but doesn’t want to use her platform to only talk about her transition, which she began at the age of 16.

She continued: ‘This is definitely more of a solo journey than MAFS. With Celebs Go Dating you’re working out what you do right, what do you wrong, what you need to work on. 

‘It all stems back to certain things and obviously my transition is a big part of it, but I don’t just want my therapist to talk about my transition, I want to talk about life.’
