In the series of selfies, the fitness influencer, 30, worked her angles in the red gown, ensuring her surgically enhanced ᴀssets were front and centre.

She captioned the pH๏τos with a simple lipstick kiss emoji – but not all of her fans liked what they saw.

Several people expressed concerns that Tammy’s new look is a little on the extreme side.

Last month, Tammy revealed she had undergone a breast implant revision procedure as she documented her recovery.

The revision surgery involves replacing old breast implants with new ones and can resolve issues that have developed from surgical problems or natural body changes.

Tammy underwent a mystery surgery at the end of July and later confirmed it was to get her eight-year-old breast implants removed and replaced.
