Sofia Richie Grainge got real when detailing how much weight she gained while pregnant with daughter Eloise.

“My life makes sense now,” Richie Grainge, 26, said during her episode of the “Therapuss” podcast, which was released on Thursday, November 14. “I’ve never loved anything more in my life. I’m obsessed with her, she’s perfect. And I’ve lost 50 pounds.”

The model and podcast host Jake Shane — who is one of her closest friends — were quick to laugh at the admission.

“So that happened,” she added.

Richie Grainge and husband Elliot Grainge welcomed daughter Eloise this past May, just a year after they tied the knot in April 2023. During the podcast episode, the model detailed some of her favorite — and not-so-great — moments in her pregnancy.

“I did weekly update pH๏τos. Every Monday,” the model recalled. “I could, like, watch myself expand. It was cute until it wasn’t.”

After joking that it “wasn’t” cute when her baby bump popped, she quickly backtracked.

“It was beautiful. This is the thing, I always tell my friends,” Richie Grainge added. “I’m like, ‘Oh, it got crazy.’ But I was always empowered. The entire way. I was like, ‘I am unbelievable that I can do this.’”

She added, “But I was also plus 60.”

After Richie Grainge gave birthday to Eloise, she “did not leave the house.” Shane, 25, joked that she did not get a chance to experience Brat Summer.

“I didn’t even know that this season happened,” she said. “The summer season didn’t happen in my mind.”

She added, “I had my mom’s summer.”

Elsewhere in the podcast, Richie Grainge revealed that Eloise has a “baby phone” in which she receives texts — sometimes from Shane.

“I say ‘good morning, Eloise.’ And Sofia responds, usually,” Shane, 25, said during the podcast episode. Richie Grainge explained that “whoever is with Eloise gets the phone.”

Before they recorded Thursday’s podcast episode, Shane and Richie Grainge’s friend Ali Meller had access to the phone.

“I said, ‘Eloise do you mind if me and your mommy talk about how perfect you are on the podcast today’ and she said ‘No, keep my name out of your mouth,’” Shane said. “And I said, ‘Eloise, excuse me.’ She said, ‘I hate you.’”

Shane joked that Eloise has “a little bit of an atтιтude.” The podcast host joked that Richie Grainge is also “the best mother in the whole world.”
