James Argent hit the gym with his new girlfriend Nicoline Artursson in EsSєx earlier this week. 

The former TOWIE star, 36, who lost a staggering 14 stone after gastric sleeve surgery, overcoming his addiction battle and exercise, looked the picture of happiness for the workout session. 

The couple went Instagram official during a lavish getaway to St Tropez in September, with reports a smitten Arg is hoping to marry Nicoline, 31. 

Arg was seen heading for a run before they enjoyed a coffee together. They put on a cosy display with Nicoline putting her arm over his shoulder. 

The former Miss Sweden cut a sporty figure in a white zip-up jumper and brown snakeskin print leggings, while Arg rocked black shorts and a jumper.

The couple seem to be going from strength to strength, with reports James is reportedly hoping ‘to marry and start a family’ with his new girlfriend.

The TV star has been seen looking very loved-up with the model on multiple occasions.

After turning his life around, it seems Arg is now ready to settle down with a source claiming he believes ‘she is the one’.

A source told OK! Magazine: ‘He had a real problem loving himself, outside and in. But now that he’s worked on that relationship, the one with himself, he’s been able to have a really healthy relationship with someone else.

‘He absolutely thinks she’s the one and he wants to marry her. He wants a family, she wants a family, it all makes sense.’

The source added: ‘He’s been asking for advice from friends about rings and proposals, it’s definitely at the forefront of his mind right now.’

James broke up with Stella, 16 year his junior, in November after a year-long romance 

Nicoline won the Miss World Sweden beauty pageant in 2011 and modelled for Abercrombie & Fitch. 

She was also asked to take part in the French version The Bacherlorette but declined to focus on her studies.

Rumours swirled on the pair’s romance after James liked a picture of Nicoline shared to her Instagram at the World Vision Gala in August.

It is James’s first relationship since splitting from his ex Stella Turian last November.
