Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo was spotted grabbing coffee on a cold and blustery day in Los Angeles on Tuesday. 

Ellen juggled two cups of coffee in a cardboard carrier and brown paper bag in the other.

The actress, 55, was makeup-free and wore a hobo-chic outfit consisting of a black newsboy cap with a grey hoodie, black cardigan and jeans.

Ellen carried a large tan handbag over one shoulder.  

She was unrecognizable in the outfit and pᴀssed as a normal citizen rather than someone who has been on a popular television show for almost 20 years.

While Ellen will reprise her role as Dr. Meredith Grey for a few episodes of the upcoming midseason return of the 21st season of the medical drama, she also has a new show coming out.

The mom of three stars in Good American Family with The Morning Show star Mark Duplᴀss, 47.

The series tells the true story of Kristine and Michael Barrett and their adoptive daughter Natalia Grace. 

The couple adopted Natalia from a Ukrainian orphanage in 2010 believing she was a child but they soon came to believe she was much older than she said she was.

Natalia was abandoned by her adoptive parents two years after they adopted her because they believed she was in her 20s, and not a child.

‘The series is inspired by the true story of Natalia Grace and the Midwestern couple who adopted her.

The couple believed she was a little girl but gradually started to believe she may not be who she said she was,’ ᴅᴇᴀᴅline reported.

Imogen Faith Reid stars as Natalia in the upcoming Hulu limited series.

The couple were charged with neglect and abandonment of their daughter Natalia in 2019 and found themselves having to defend the stories they’ve told about Natalia both in court and in the eyes of the public.

Kristine and Michael were already in the public eye due to her best-selling book The Spark which told the story of raising her science prodigy son Jacob.

Orphan is told from several different viewpoints to express the conflicting stories of the characters at the center of the scandal.

Pompeo executive produces through her production company Calamity Jane. It will premiere on Hulu in 2025.
