Megan Fox’s pregnancy announcement on Monday came a year after she opened up about suffering a miscarriage with Machine Gun Kelly.
The star, 38, shared on Instagram that she and the rocker, 34, are expecting their first child together, as she posted a bold ɴuᴅᴇ snap of herself covered in a black oil-like substance, and a pH๏τo of a positive pregnancy test.
‘Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,’ she wrote in the caption, adding an angel and heart emoji to the caption.
Her announcement was soundtracked to the MGK song Last November, a track about the miscarriage she previously suffered with the musician.
Following her announcement, previous comments she made about her miscarriage have resurfaced. During an interview on Good Morning America at the time, Megan said she had ‘never been through anything like that before in my life’.

In a post on TikTok, MGK revealed that he had just finished ‘my first wood carving. for a special soul that wll be found again [sic].’

She also opened up about the experience in her 2023 book of poetry, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, writing about an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks and a day

In May, MGK created a wood carving of a Viking ship – and hinted that it was dedicated to his and Fox’s lost pregnancy
He first appeared to allude to the miscarriage at the Billboard Music Awards in May 2022, dedicating his performance to Megan and adding, ‘This is for our unborn child’
Megan is already a mother of three – she shares sons Noah, 10, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, six, with her ex-husband Brian. This will also be Machine Gun Kelly’s second child – he has daughter Casie Colson Baker, 15, with ex Emma Cannon.
In her happy announcement post on Monday, Megan also shared a pH๏τo of a positive pregnancy test
She also uploaded a very raunchy string of mirror selfies while joined by a male pal, in which she put on a busty display in a plunging black top and cut-out trousers.
