Melissa Suffield looked stunning in a pink ʙικιɴι as she jiggled around in her latest body-positivity clip.
The EastEnders alum, 31, took Instagram by storm when she hit back at cruel trolls who had been judging her ‘mum tum’ and ‘saggy skin’.
But the former actress – who played Lucy Beale in the BBC soap – brushed off the comments doing a little dance as she recorded herself in the two-piece.
Proudly showing off her curves, Melissa is seen jiggling around as she didn’t seem to have a car in the world, writing on the clip: ‘Me, every time a man on the internet comments that I’m lazy, and that I could get rid of my mum tum and saggy skin by just ‘going to the gym’.’
The TV star is well-known for being a vocalist of body-positivity matters, and often uses her platform to raise awareness on real beauty standards.

The EastEnders alum, 31, took Instagram by storm when she hit back at cruel trolls who have been openly judging her ‘mum tum’ and ‘saggy skin’
Her funny clip, where she is seen sun-kissed in the balcony of a boat, was accompanied by an inspiring lengthy caption.
The soap star called out for education on realistic beauty standards – especially postpartum’s bodies.
‘I mean if there is one thing mums aren’t, it’s lazy…,’ she began.
‘The collective obsession with bouncing back is nothing new, neither is the idea that it’s connected to laziness.
‘But we need to educate those who haven’t given birth on the realities of what it means to carry and birth children, and what it really means for these bodies.
‘We need them to see the realities of what these everyday bodies look like, not just the celebs with their trainers and dieticians, and an army of nannies.
‘We need them to understand that stretched skin doesn’t just ping back.
‘We need them to learn about the possible complications that follow, like birth injury, birth trauma, mobility issues, PND, and many others.

She continued: ‘We need them to see that our NHS postnatal healthcare just isn’t good or thorough enough, and that many of us are left to fend for ourselves, costing us money, time, and precious energy while navigating early parenthood.
‘This education should be just as important as the reproductive cycle, how to change a nappy, and starting solids.
‘Yet here we are, shouting into the void. With a load of blokes still believing that we’re just too lazy to shift our arses and that a strict diet and exercise regimen is the answer.
‘(Yes, that includes you Yankeedudebro69, with the sports car you’ll never own as a profile picture, and 11 pH๏τos of you holding a fish. And all the others like you.).’
As it often happens, Melissa gathered plenty of positive comments below her post, with many women thanking and praising her for being ‘so real’.

‘Love this I had a GP at my 6 week check weigh me & ask if I had ‘any plans to lose any of this weight’ 6 weeks post 3rd baby EBF honestly it was soul destroying (& the last thing on my mind until she said that) xx’;
‘If only it were as easy as just going to the gym, as I’ve been going and I still have my mum tum’;
‘I had a tummy tuck to get rid of mine. The surgeon made it clear that no amount of training would have changed it. Skin can lose its elasticity after pregnancy or weight gain/loss’;
‘Well said mama!! It’s hard enough not feeling yourself or accepting of the way in which our bodies are no longer our pre kids bods! Let alone having others judge us, especially when as you say those who are fortunate enough to have buckets of support and time to sort it out (good for them, also not judging those!) it’s just a tough one all round! ❤️’;
‘My kids are 9 and 7… I’m black between size 8 and 10 but I carried enormous and no amount of exercise will bring my skin back ! I feel the same as you , great song choice’;
‘Looooooove this!’;
‘Love this so much’;
‘Haha absolutely love this’;
