In a YouTube video posted on Thursday, the 27-year-old rapper addressed the controversy and came out in support of his ex.
This comes after the actress, 24, spoke out about DDG after he featured their son Halo on a livestream earlier this week without her consent.
After he brought their 11-month-old son on YouTuber Kai Cenat’s Twitch livestream on Wednesday, the Little Mermaid star took to X, formerly Twitter, to call out DDG.

‘I wasn’t told or notified and I am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people,’ the singer continued. ‘I am his mother and protector and saddened that I wasn’t notified especially when I am out of town.’
In a follow-up tweet, that’s also since been deleted, Bailey confessed that she’s been battling ‘severe postpartum’ and shaded DDG for not respecting her ‘boundaries.’
‘As a woman experiencing severe postpartum, there are boundaries that I wish to be respected. no one knows what someone is going through until they snap,’ she penned.
The following day, she issued a second statement and said she might have ‘overreact[ed].’
In a tweet, she wrote: ‘Yesterday maybe I did overreact and shouldn’t have brought it here. I know that Halo is always safe with his dad. I just don’t like finding out with the rest of the world what my baby is doing.’

‘So when situations like this happen, I try to handle it with as much grace as possible because Halo needs her. I need her. We need each other to create a childhood that’s safe and fun and memorable for him.’
