BEFORE THE WORLD KNEW PRESLEY GERBER, HE WAS CINDY CRAWFORD’S LITTLE BOY

Before Presley Gerber became known through fashion, cameras and the famous family name he was born into, he was simply Cindy Crawford’s little boy.
To his mother, he was never just a model or the son of a legendary supermodel. He was the child she watched grow up, the boy whose milestones she celebrated and the young man she continued to stand beside as his life took him in unexpected directions.

Cindy and businessman Rande Gerber welcomed Presley in 1999. Alongside his younger sister, Kaia, he grew up surrounded by a family that remained closely connected despite the extraordinary public attention that came with his parents’ careers.
As Presley grew older, he eventually found his own place in the fashion world. He modeled for major brands and appeared alongside his mother and sister, building a career that was separate from — but inevitably connected to — the famous family he came from.
Yet some of the most touching memories are the ones that take him away from the spotlight.
In July, Cindy shared a pH๏τograph of Presley as a young boy, remembering the child she had watched grow into a man. Her message captured something that many parents understand: no matter how old a child becomes, a mother can still see the little boy or girl they once held close.
Presley also became increasingly open about his personal struggles and the importance of talking honestly about mental health. His final public appearance came in June 2026, when he appeared with his parents at a Malibu event focused on mental health and spoke about his own experiences.
His openness meant that people came to know another side of him — not simply as Cindy Crawford’s son, but as a young man trying to use his experiences to encourage more honest conversations about difficult subjects.
Presley died on September 20, 2026, at the age of 27. His family has asked for privacy as they grieve, and the circumstances surrounding his pᴀssing remain under official review.
For Cindy Crawford, however, the most important memories of Presley are unlikely to be defined by headlines.
They are the memories of a mother watching her son grow — from a little boy into the young man he became.
The world may remember Presley Gerber as a model and as the son of two well-known parents. But to Cindy, Rande and Kaia, he was family first.
And for a mother, that will always be the part of his story that matters most.
