Philadelphia police working with the FBI are currently examining more than one million images and videos recovered from a home in the Olney section of the city. The digital material has been connected to several women who have been reported missing over a span of more than a decade. Authorities report that nearly 60 individuals appear across the files, with some shown in injured or unconscious states and others appearing deceased.

The residence on West Chew Avenue was long ᴀssociated with Raymond “R.C.” Horsch, who died in 2025 at the age of 82, and his son Eugene Horsch. Eugene is currently held in federal custody on firearms charges. The investigation formally began in June 2026 following a traffic stop near Independence Mall. Officers encountered Eugene Horsch and a woman who presented identification belonging to Blair Tonzelli, a Philadelphia woman who has been missing since 2023. Additional items recovered during that stop prompted a broader search of the Olney property.

Among the women tied to the evidence are Gabrielle Amarando, who disappeared in 2012 while in her early twenties, and Maribel Fresses, reported missing in 2018. Images dated to 2017 show both women appearing unconscious and bearing visible injuries. Investigators have stated they believe these two women are no longer alive, although their remains have not been located.

Digital files also include material involving Nicole Fusaro, who went missing in 2018 at age 27. One recording shows her in the presence of Raymond Horsch. Police have identified at least one additional woman in similar circumstances whose name has not yet been released publicly. Two further missing women linked to the home are Amy McHale and Blair Tonzelli. McHale, a former wife of R.C. Horsch, was last known to be at the Chew Avenue residence in June 2016 after leaving a voicemail for her daughter stating she was there. Her family has said they never heard from her again.

More recent updates indicate that as many as seven missing women are now ᴀssociated with the property. Investigators believe five of them are deceased based on the recovered images and videos. Despite extensive searches of the home and surrounding areas, no human remains have been recovered.

R.C. Horsch had a documented history that included the production of adult content with extreme themes and a prior conviction related to drug manufacturing. Family members of some of the missing women have described a pattern in which vulnerable individuals, often struggling with addiction or personal difficulties, were drawn to the residence over many years.

Officials have stressed the need for a careful and methodical review of the vast amount of digital evidence. One investigator noted that the team must “get this right” as the analysis continues. The case remains active, with both local homicide detectives and federal agents involved. No charges related to the missing women have been announced against Eugene Horsch at this stage, and the full scope of the investigation is still developing.
