🤠💔 “FOREVER 3”: Texas Family Mourns Little Boy After Tragic Death

The little Texas boy smiling beneath his cowboy hat and standing proudly in oversized cowboy boots should have had years ahead of him to grow into them.

Instead, Avyaan Ray Galvan will forever be remembered as his family’s precious 3-year-old cowboy.

Avyaan died August 11 following what KTAB/KRBC reported as an accidental shooting in McCamey, Texas. According to the station, the Texas Rangers are leading the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.

Behind the investigation, however, is a grieving father trying to make sense of a loss that no parent should ever have to experience.

Avyaan’s father, Ricky Galvan of Abilene, shared heartbreaking words for his son after his death.

“Mijo tata is so sorry this happened to you. You didn’t deserve this,” Ricky wrote.

He described Avyaan as the best son a father could ask for and said his world would never feel complete until they were together again.

Ricky lovingly called his son Ray Ray.

In another tribute, he wrote, “Avyaan daddy loves you… im sorry this happened son fly high Tata loves you and will forever miss u son.”

But perhaps the words that capture the family’s grief most simply are the ones Ricky wrote at the end of another message:

“FOREVER3.”

Three years old.

Forever.

For Avyaan’s family, those two words represent an entire lifetime that should have happened but never will.

He will never grow into those cowboy boots.

He will never experience another birthday surrounded by his family. He will never have a first day of school, graduate, discover his own dreams or watch his father proudly witness the man he was becoming.

Instead, his loved ones are left with pH๏τographs, memories and the unbearable knowledge that the little boy they expected to watch grow up is gone.

The images of Avyaan make the loss particularly difficult to comprehend. There is the little boy smiling in his cowboy hat, the oversized boots making him look even smaller, and the pH๏τograph of him safely held in his father’s arms.

They are ordinary moments that were supposed to become the beginning of thousands more.

Now they are precious memories.

Loved ones say Avyaan’s death was completely unexpected, leaving his family facing the devastating task of saying goodbye to a child whose life had barely begun.

As the investigation continues, those closest to Avyaan are asking for prayers and support.
