Four-year-old Nisreen Lulu still greets each day with a bright smile. She laughs, plays and enjoys childhood moments, even while living with a medical condition that has affected her since birth.

Nisreen was born with a hemangioma that continued growing rather than gradually fading. As the swelling increased, it began putting significant pressure around her eye, and she has developed amblyopia, commonly known as lazy eye.

For her family, the condition has brought ongoing medical concerns and uncertainty about what treatment may be needed as Nisreen grows.
