Final Destination: Bloodlines (2025)

In the newest terrifying chapter of the iconic horror franchise, a college student is haunted by violent recurring nightmares of a catastrophic 1969 skyscraper collapse. What she doesn’t realize is that these visions are a premonition inherited from her grandmother, who once cheated Death itself.

Brec Bassinger stars as the young Iris Campbell, whose 1969 premonition at the grand opening of the luxurious Sky View observation tower restaurant saves dozens from a gruesome chain-reaction disaster involving shattering glass, exploding gas lines, and total structural collapse. But by defying Death’s plan, Iris unknowingly sets off a deadly ripple effect across generations.
Decades later, Kaitlyn Santa Juana delivers a breakout performance as Stefani Reyes, who returns home plagued by these inherited visions. She must race against time to protect her entire family from Death’s relentless design. Teo Briones (Charlie Reyes) brings intense energy as Stefani’s brother, fighting alongside family members including Rya Kihlstedt as Darlene Campbell, Richard Harmon as Erik Campbell, Anna Lore as Julia Campbell, and Owen Patrick Joyner as Bobby Campbell.

With a chilling cameo from horror legend Tony Todd, the film explores how one act of survival can doom an entire bloodline. Directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein, Final Destination: Bloodlines delivers the franchise’s signature elaborate, jaw-dropping death sequences that feel both inventive and inevitable.
Can Stefani break the cycle before Death claims every last member of her family? One wrong move… and it’s over.
