More than 1,000 beagles have already been rescued from Ridglan Farms, with hundreds more preparing to begin their journey to freedom this week.
Shelters, rescue organizations, and volunteers across the United States are working around the clock to help these dogs heal and recover.
For many of them, this may be the first time they’ve known gentle touch, medical care, or the feeling of grᴀss beneath their paws.
The emotional rescue has inspired thousands of people to open their homes and hearts.
