PAYETTE COUNTY, Idaho — A tragic case involving the deaths of 18-month-old twin boys has entered a new phase after an Idaho judge revoked the bond of Andrea Renee Shaw, who is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of her sons, Dallas and Tyson.

The twins were found unresponsive in their shared bed on May 1, 2025, prompting an extensive investigation by local authorities.

Following the investigation, a grand jury returned an indictment charging Shaw with two counts of first-degree murder. She has remained in custody since her arrest.

During a recent court hearing, Shaw’s attorney requested a reduction in bail, citing the recent birth of her third child. The request was denied, and the judge ordered that Shaw remain in custody while the criminal proceedings continue.

According to prosecutors, investigators examined numerous possible explanations for the twins’ deaths, including environmental factors and medical conditions. They stated that these possibilities were ruled out during the investigation.
