FOUR-YEAR-OLD GIRL FACES AN UNCERTAIN FUTURE AS A RARE EYE CONDITION PUTS HER SIGHT AT RISK

Four-year-old Nisreen Lulu fills every room with her cheerful smile. She loves to laugh, play, and explore the world around her, just like any other child her age. But behind her joyful spirit is a rare medical condition that has threatened her vision since the day she was born.
Nisreen was born with a hemangioma that, instead of shrinking over time, has continued to grow. The swelling now places significant pressure on her eye, and she has already developed amblyopia, commonly known as lazy eye. Specialists warn that without advanced treatment, the vision in her remaining healthy eye could also be at serious risk.
For her parents, every day matters. The specialized care and surgery Nisreen needs are not available in their home country, leaving the family desperately searching for treatment abroad before her condition progresses further.

Despite everything, Nisreen continues to smile without fully understanding the challenges she faces.
“She still laughs, plays, and asks endless questions about the world,” her mother shared. “Our greatest hope is that she will always be able to see the beauty around her.”
The family is now hoping to connect with experienced specialists who can evaluate Nisreen’s condition and offer the treatment needed to help protect her eyesight before it is too late.
“Our daughter deserves every opportunity to preserve the vision she still has,” her mother said. “We continue to believe that the right medical team can give her hope for a brighter future.”

Like every four-year-old, Nisreen dreams of discovering the world through her own eyes—watching colorful sunsets, recognizing the faces of the people she loves, and creating precious childhood memories.
Her family’s wish is simple: to give Nisreen the best possible chance to protect her sight, so her future can be as bright as the smile she shares with everyone she meets.
