Smiling sicko caught on camera exposing himself to kids outside California library

A San Francisco man was busted after allegedly exposing himself while watching children outside a Northern California library — then made a shocking request to cops after his arrest.

The disturbing incident unfolded June 23 outside the Vacaville Cultural Center Library on Ulatis Drive, where a concerned community member called police after spotting a man allegedly exposing himself while watching children play nearby, according to the Vacaville Police Department.

The suspect, a 32-year-old Marcus Hardimon, was taken into custoy after officers responded to the scene. Police said he later bizarrely asked officers to lock him up.

Responding officers used social media tips and community-provided details to track him down, ultimately locating him inside the library building.

He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Solano County Jail on indecent exposure charges in connection with the incident involving children, authorities said.
