Charlotte Homicide Investigation: Man Charged in Death of 19-Year-Old Woman

Authorities in Charlotte, North Carolina, have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with the death of 19-year-old Isabella Mary Alexander Stroupe.

According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD), Thomaz Hamilton has been charged with first-degree murder and first-degree rape following an investigation into Stroupe’s death.
