Bills general manager Brandon Beane has lifted the lid on the impact Hailee Steinfeld has had since she began dating Josh Allen.

Together, Bills quarterback Allen and Steinfeld – a singer and Oscar-nominated actress – form one of the NFL’s biggest power couples.

Over in Kansas City, Taylor Swift has become close with Brittany Mahomes and other partners of Chiefs players thanks to her romance with Travis Kelce.

And on Tuesday, Beane revealed how Steinfeld has followed in Taylor’s footsteps by integrating herself in the Bills family over recent years.

‘She is as humble as they come,’ he told The Rich Eisen Show. ‘She’s done a lot of stuff with our local women – the wives, girlfriends of the club.

‘And I’ve heard it not only from my wife, but some of the other (women), just how down-to-earth she is for the success she’s had. She just blends right in.

‘It’s a testament to her and to Josh – he’s the same exact way.’

Allen and Steinfeld first fueled speculation that they were together back in May 2023 and the quarterback popped the question in November 2024. 

A few months later, Allen signed a six-year, $330million contract extension and Beane was asked if that meant he no longer needed to send a wedding gift to the couple. 

‘I’m going to remind my wife of that one – don’t overspend on the registry,’ Beane joked. ‘Hopefully there’s good booze at the wedding.’

He added that the quarterback might not ‘even notice what I brought him with all the zeros he’s got on (his contract).’

Recently, Allen used a Bills media conference to say how proud he was of Steinfeld in her latest hit movie, Sinners. 

Speaking about his experience at the premiere, the quarterback said: ‘It was awesome. It was a different world, a very cool experience.

‘I’m so excited for her and so proud of her. It’s getting some great reviews, it’s a fantastic movie… so go watch it!’

Allen then added: ‘I’m just there trying to support her in whatever way that I can. That was her moment and I’m so glad she got to shine.’
