Only one day after receiving some of the most hopeful news of his cancer journey, Alabama teenager Will Roberts says fear has once again overwhelmed him.

Will, whose emotional battle with osteosarcoma has inspired millions online, recently shared encouraging updates after undergoing DeltaRex-G treatment in California. According to his family, doctors reviewing his latest scans noticed significant positive changes, offering long-awaited hope after the aggressive cancer spread throughout his body and eventually to his brain.

For the first time in a long while, the family believed they were finally seeing signs that the treatment was working.

But less than 48 hours later, everything changed emotionally for Will.

In a video recorded from inside his vehicle, the teenager spoke openly about a frightening setback that left him shaken and worried about what comes next. Will explained that he woke up with a severe nosebleed that would not stop, forcing concern about his condition and treatment schedule.
