Travis Kelce pictured without Taylor Swift as Chiefs star makes rare offseason appearance

Travis Kelce took time out of his preparations for the upcoming NFL season to pᴀss on wisdom to a couple of high school football stars.

The Chiefs тιԍнт end typically takes around a month off after the end of a campaign – to ‘rewind and regroup and just relax’ – before starting to build up his fitness.

Last year, Kelce spent some of the offseason with girlfriend Taylor Swift on her Eras Tour and filming his TV show ‘Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?’

This year, though, Kelce has kept a lower profile. He last month enjoyed dinner with Swift in New York and travelled to Montana for a skiing trip.

But recent reports claimed Kelce believes the circus surrounding his relationship caused a dip in his performances on the field.

It’s claimed he wanted a breather from all the attention and last week Kelce was on the training field away from prying eyes.

A couple of Georgia-based prospects revealed that they were given the rare chance to work with a three-time Super Bowl champion.

Jazz Lewis is a freshman wide receiver for Chamblee High School and the son of former NFL running back Jamal Lewis.

Brayden Doss, meanwhile, is a quarterback for the Chamblee Bulldogs who will be in the college recruitment class of 2028.

Both Lewis and Doss posted pictures alongside Kelce after practicing with the Kansas City Chiefs star.

‘Got some good work in with Travis Kelce this past week, learned a lot from the Super Bowl legend,’ Lewis wrote on social media.

The 35-year-old is looking to bounce back from February’s Super Bowl LIX loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, after which he contemplated retiring from the NFL.

Kelce decided to continue his career for at least one more season and, as reported by the Daily Mail, he won’t let his girlfriend’s fame get in the way.

‘Travis is going all in for this season and the only thing that could derail him would be injury. Losing the Super Bowl was a major blow, as he wants to be someone that can have it all and one who can handle having it all,’ a source said.

‘[The couple] don’t have to be the center of attention anymore and are going to often not be seen out and about as much as they have been… his on field play needs to improve, and he knows that.’
