NFL quarterback Kyle Trask is officially off the market.
Not only did the recent free agent re-sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on March 14, but Trask is now a married man after tying the knot with girlfriend McKenzie Liskey at an ‘intimate’ garden celebration attended by around 80 guests outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.
‘We wanted a destination wedding that wasn’t too far for our friends and family to travel and a place that really blooms in the spring,’ Liskey told People.com. ‘We knew how beautiful North Carolina would be in the spring so it was a perfect match.’
The ceremony took place on Saturday at The Andrews Farm in Midland, North Carolina, and although Liskey admits to being stressed by planning the affair, she now sees the entire day as ‘a dream come true.’
And as has become customary for celebrity couples, Liskey dutifully namedropped all the brands and people who contributed to her big day, including florist Kevin Lear on Main, stationary provider Francie Designs, and even the staff at Best Impressions Catering.
As for her dress, that was designed by Ines Di Santo from Isabel O’Neil Bridal Collection, as seen in pictures by wedding pH๏τographer, Sydney Tobin.

‘[It] brings all the drama yet still has that traditional bridal feel with delicate lace and soft details,’ she said. ‘I loved the dress when I first tried it on, but I knew I wanted to have some specific changes made such as a cat-eye bodice and a pointed basque waist.
‘The designer was able to make these adjustments, and it ended up being such a beautiful, one-of-a-kind dress,’ she continued. ‘I knew it would be the perfect dress for an outdoor garden wedding and just felt like me.’
Trask and Liskey both attended Florida together, but the Gator alums didn’t actually meet until after graduating.
Following the ceremony, the Buccaneers honored Trask and his new bride on Instagram, while giving a shoutout to their college basketball team for Monday’s national championship win over Houston.
‘Getting married AND the Gators win the natty,’ read a post on the team’s Instagram account. ‘Doesn’t get much better than that!’
A Manvel, Texas native, Trask wasn’t a starter with the Gators until his final season in Gainesville, but nonetheless put together an impressive 8-4 record that season before being picked by Tampa in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
He began his career backing up Tom Brady, but is now behind Baker Mayfield on the Bucs’ depth chart these days.
