NFL legend sends Elon Musk support amid attacks on Tesla dealerships for Donald Trump support

Brett Favre has thrown his support behind Elon Musk, in lockstep with his backing of President Donald Trump, despite the recent attacks on Tesla dealerships.

Musk’s role as one of the top officials in the Trump administration, especially as the head of the Department of Government Efficiency, has drawn criticism from many Democrats.

Protests have turned into Musk’s company, including charging stations set on fire, sH๏τs fired at a building, and destroyed dealership windows.

Now, Favre is throwing his public support behind Musk, one day after he wore a Packers-inspired cheese head during a town hall in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

‘First of all, it’s you know, it’s frightening, it’s scary because if you really think about well, back up Elon Musk several years ago was a Democrat and they love him he was the most brilliant inventor and smartest guy ever,’ Favre said on The Ricky Cobb Show on OutKick.com.

‘Richest man in the world. You know, he was on a pedestal. Now he is working for free and trying to make this country better and does he need to do that? If you wanted to ride into the sunset buy several islands and never be heard from again he could do this.’

‘The same could be said for Trump. This has to do with because he loves this country and people are hating them for that. and I hate it for Elon, but I know it’s going to be okay. He’s a lot smarter than all of us and he’s pretty resilient and then anyone who is willing to do what he is doing for this country deserves all the accolades that you can get, not the negative backlash.’

‘Yeah, I just think that the left in this case, in a lot of cases, is very evil to even remotely attack this guy the way that this is absolutely crazy and it’s just really frightening.’

Musk and Trump have been aligned since last summer, when the Tesla CEO joined then-Presidential-candidate Trump on stage at a campaign rally.

Musk’s role in the federal government and his tactics have been polarizing in the American public.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has labeled the attacks on Tesla dealerships as domestic terrorism, with the FBI launching a task force into the actions against Musk’s company.
