Kirk Cousins turned up in Chipotle near Cleveland on Thursday – and the quarterback then fueled rumors he could soon join the Browns.
Reports last week claimed the 36-year-old will refuse to show up for the Atlanta Falcons’ offseason activities as he prepares to spend next season behind Michael Penix Jr.
The Falcons chose to keep Cousins on their roster, meaning his $10million bonus – due in 2026 – is now guaranteed.
But on Thursday, a picture emerged on social media showing the quarterback alongside staff at a branch of Chipotle.
It was said to be Westlake, a city in Ohio on the outskirts of Cleveland. And rather than stay silent – or shoot down the rumors – Cousins posted a hilarious response to the pH๏τo. ‘Salad with double chicken never fails me,’ the quarterback wrote on X.
There have been suggestions that Cousins will waive his no-trade clause after the NFL draft and his comment caught the attention of Browns fans hoping the team signs a new quarterback.

Kirk Cousins was spotted in Chipotle in Cleveland and fueled rumors of a move to the Browns
Westlake is just a short drive from the Browns’ training facility and Huntington Bank Field.
Earlier this week, it was claimed that the Browns are ‘leaning towards’ using their No 2 draft pick to select edge rusher Abdul Carter.
Cleveland is looking to rebuild after miserable season which saw them finish 3-14 and lose quarterback Deshaun Watson to an Achilles tear.
They hold the No 2 overall pick and have been linked with a number of standout prospects including ex-Colorado stars Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter.
Sanders is among the most coveted quarterbacks in the class of 2025, while two-way star Hunter was predicted by some to be the No 1 overall pick.
However, according to ESPN, the Browns could instead select former Penn State standout Carter.
