New footage emerges of inside Buffalo Bills' stunning new $2.1billion stadium

The Buffalo Bills’ incredible new stadium is taking shape, with new footage giving fans a glimpse inside the $2.1billion arena.

‘New Highmark Stadium’, which sits just across the street from the Bills’ current home, is slated to be finished in the fall of 2026.

The team claim to have left ‘no stone unturned in covering every innovative element of new stadium design’.

And on Wednesday, a video from inside the stadium emerged on social media. It showed construction staff working to complete the stands and the roof.

The stadium is set to feature ‘the world’s largest snow melt system’ to ensure the roof can withstand Buffalo’s brutal winter weather.

There is still plenty of work to be done to get it finished on time – there are no seats in the stands and the concourses remain bare.

Back in January, the Bills released images of how the stadium is supposed to look once construction is completed.

The team described the audio and visual experience of the new project as ‘night and day compared to the current stadium’, which opened back in 1973.

The new stadium is due to include two state-of-the-art videoboards and a new acoustic system which ‘allows targeting of sound to specific areas of the stadium’.

The seats in the bowls, meanwhile, are set to be ‘much closer to the field than the current (and many other) stadiums’ around the NFL.

From above, the new stadium dwarfs the current Highmark Stadium, which holds just over 70,000 fans. But in the Bills’ new home, capacity will actually shrink to around 62,000.
