Ravens star Derrick Henry sells lavish $1.6m Dallas home

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry has reportedly found a buyer for his $1.6million home in Dallas.

The 31-year-old bought the 4,150-square foot home back in 2022 – when it was listed for $1.68m – because his girlfriend, Adrianna Rivas, is from Texas and has relatives in the area.

But, according to TMZ, Henry has now sold the four-bedroom home after a buyer agreed to pay close to the $1.6m listing price.

The house, in Inwood Park, also includes four bathrooms, a three-car garage, a chef’s kitchen, a fireplace and a turf backyard.

Henry first listed the house for nearly $1.8m last year before briefly taking it off the market. A deal for the property was eventually closed on Monday, TMZ reports.

It comes only four months after Henry sold another of his properties – a $3.1m house in Nashville.

That followed his move from the Tennessee тιтans to the Baltimore Ravens, where Henry has cemented himself as one of the most devastating running backs in the NFL.

Since being drafted by the тιтans in 2016, Henry has amᴀssed nearly 11,500 rushing yards over nine seasons in the league.

In 2024, across the regular season and postseason, Henry broke the 2,000-yard barrier, scoring 21 touchdowns as the Ravens reached the divisional round of the playoffs.

The Ravens were eventually edged out by the Bills, who triumphed 27-25 in a dramatic win over Henry, Lamar Jackson and Co.
