Christian McCaffrey appears to be in great shape this offseason after sharing pictures from his workouts on Wednesday.
The San Francisco 49ers running back posted a pH๏τo dump on Instagram that featured pictures from Evan Paterakis. The workout pictures showed McCaffrey sprinting down the field with his arm muscles contracted and on full display.
He also shared pictures of his shredded physique in the weight rooms, snaps from a lake outing, and a pH๏τo of his dog wearing a ‘feed love’ beanie.
McCaffrey’s workout pictures came out nearly three weeks after his wife, Olivia Culpo, announced her pregnancy.
Culpo, Miss Universe 2012, announced the news on social media on March 10, posing for pictures caressing her bump while kneeling in a flowing dress.
‘Next chapter, motherhood,’ she captioned. Culpo, 32, also shared a video of her and McCaffrey romantically holding hands and kissing in the outdoors.

The couple, who have been dating since 2019 and tied the knot last summer in a lavish ceremony in Rhode Island, are yet to announce the baby’s gender.
Culpo, an actress, model, and former pageant star has been open about her desire to start a family with McCaffrey before but has also talked about her battle with endometriosis.
The pregnancy is great news for McCaffrey following a torrid NFL season that saw him suffer a number of injury setbacks.
McCaffrey, who signed a two-year, $38million contract extension in June 2024, played in just four games.
He spent the first eight weeks of the season on injured reserve with Achilles injuries in both legs. He then suffered a PCL injury against the Buffalo Bills in Week 13.
Last month, his father Ed McCaffrey gave an update on his recovery from a posterior cruciate ligament injury he suffered on December 1.

‘He’s doing great,’ McCaffrey told Front Office Sports’ Alex Tran.
‘He should be healthy by next week and have a full offseason to train. I still have PTSD from last year’s Super Bowl so I haven’t recovered yet, but he has recovered and he’s healthy.
‘It was a tough season, but he’s in great shape. He’s going to have a full offseason and I think their team is really going to come back strong next season.’
The 49ers missed the postseason with a 6-11 record after appearing in the Super Bowl in 2024.
