Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey are entering their parenthood era.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum announced Monday she’s pregnant with the couple’s first child, posting black-and-white pH๏τos of herself on Instagram while cradling her baby bump.
“Next chapter, motherhood,” Culpo captioned the snaps.
In a video also shared Monday on Instagram, Culpo, 32, and McCaffrey, 28, are seen holding hands while walking outdoors in a romantic scene before the mom-to-be holds up a sonogram.
Monday’s news come less than a year after Culpo married the star 49ers running back in a lavish ceremony in her native Rhode Island.
The couple swapped vows at Watch Hill Chapel before celebrating with loved ones at the Ocean House resort in late June.
“Both Christian and I felt our wedding weekend starts our life together as a family,” Culpo told Vogue last summer. “I wanted everything to feel intimate but also include the gravitas of the moment.”
Culpo and McCaffrey were first linked in 2019 before announcing their engagement in April 2023.
The former pageant queen has long been open about her desire to start a family and spoke candidly in 2022 about her endometriosis diagnosis.
“I want to have kids, but I want to make sure that I can,” Culpo said on her “Culpo Sisters” reality series.
Culpo expanded on her health struggles in the November 2022 episode.
“Endometriosis can affect your fertility in a lot of different ways,” she said. “You can have endometrial tissue growing near or on your ovaries, it can affect the quality of your eggs, scar your fallopian tubes.”
Culpo added at the time, “There is so much that I don’t know about what’s going to happen in the future with that condition and I worry all the time about my timeline.”
She did not reveal Monday when she and McCaffrey will welcome the new addition.
McCaffrey, the 2023 Offensive Player of the Year, is looking to bounce back in 2025 after being shut down for the season in December following an injury-plagued campaign.
“This wasn’t my year, and sometimes when it rains, it pours,” he wrote on Instagram in December. “You can feel sorry for yourself and listen to the birds, or you can hold the line. I’m grateful for the support of everyone in my corner and promise I’ll work smarter and harder than ever to come back better from this,” he posted on Instagram at the time.”
McCaffrey suffered a sprained PCL in November. He also dealt with a calf strain earlier in the year.
The 49ers, who reached the Super Bowl in February 2024 before losing in overtime to the Chiefs, missed the playoffs this year after finishing 6-11.
