Former Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders’ bold claim on being able to help whatever team he goes to win games immediately has prompted some NFL fans to ask their team not to draft him.
Sanders is projected to go as high as No 1 in April’s NFL Draft and at worst, is expected to hear his name called within the first few selections as a highly rated quarterback.
The son of the legendary Deion Sanders has no doubt adopted his father’s confident atтιтude with his startling claim.
‘We went from Jackson State to Colorado and changed two programs back to back. You don’t think I could come to an NFL franchise and change a program again? It’s history, it’s always going to repeat itself,’ Sanders said when meeting with reporters at the NFL Combine on Friday.
The job will be much tougher in the NFL as Sanders will no doubt go to one of the worst teams in the league from last season as a high draft pick.
Sanders’ cockiness has turned several NFL fans off to the possibility of him being their favorite team’s signal caller.

‘Ugh, please don’t draft him!’ one NFL fan said.
‘What did he do in Colorado? All of his college ball was against easy opponents but when they played a tougher opponent they all don’t show up! Colorado was just hype that’s all,’ another college football fan stated.
‘What did he change? He won on a minor level and played meh in Colorado,’ a third added.
‘BYU pounded Colorado in a 3rd tier bowl,’ someone else said of Sanders’ Buffalos’ finale.
‘If the Patriots draft this guy. I’m selling all my Pats stuff and rooting for the Jets,’ a final person concluded.

Sanders will likely be the quarterback for the тιтans, Giants, or Browns next season, as those three teams have the top trio of picks in the NFL Draft.
As proven by several teams in the NFL, you cannot win a Super Bowl without a good quarterback, forcing teams to devote many resources to developing a signal caller.
Sanders will try to follow in the footsteps of Jayden Daniels, who was drafted second last year by the Washington Commanders.
In his first NFL season, Daniels led the Commanders to the NFC Championship Game against the eventual Super Bowl champion Eagles.
Sanders no doubt has confidence in himself. Now, only time will tell whether his prediction becomes reality.
