A copy of the bible that was given to OJ Simpson the day after the infamous Bronco chase could be set to go to auction in the coming days as items from his estate are being sold off.
Simpson pᴀssed away last April at the age of 76 and personal items he left behind are set to be auctioned off next month.
Among the items is a bible given to Simpson by one of his lawyers and personal friends, Robert Kardashian.
Malcolm LaVergne, the executor of Simpson’s estate, told TMZ that the bible was given to ‘The Juice’ while he was in jail over the Bronco chase.
Inside the front cover, there contains an inscription to Simpson from Kardashian that is dated June 18, 1994 – exactly a day after the former NFL star’s arrest.
The inscription reads: ‘OJ, this book will help. God loves you and he will speak to you with his words. Read this book every day. God has a definite plan for your life. You are His child and He will use you again. I love you and God loves you. – Robert.’

Kardashian reportedly wanted the bible back, but Simpson did not return it to the family
Per TMZ, Kardashian supposedly wanted the book given back to his family after OJ had finished using it, but that didn’t happen.
Robert Kardashian, the father of celebrities Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, pᴀssed away in 2003 at the age of 59.
While the auction is planned to take place between March 12 and March 29, Simpson’s children can object to the sales before February 26.
Other items included for sale include pH๏τos of Simpson with politicians like President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.
There is also a painting of Simpson made by Andy Warhol, a signed poster of Simpson with the Heisman Trophy, and pH๏τos of him as an actor in major motion pictures.
Simpson’s story is re-gaining attention as yet another docuseries about his murder trial was released by Netflix in late January.
