The world’s most outrageous duo is back in Step Brothers 2 (2025)! Directed by Adam McKay, this long-awaited sequel brings back Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly as Brennan Huff and Dale Doback for another round of ridiculous antics, hilarious misunderstandings, and over-the-top adventures.
The trailer opens with Brennan and Dale lounging in their iconic “man cave,” now filled with even more absurd memorabilia. As they proudly display their latest “Prestige Worldwide” music video, the familiar tune of “Boats ‘N Hoes” plays in the background. But their carefree lives take a sudden turn when their parents announce plans to sell the family home and retire abroad.
Faced with losing their beloved house, Brennan and Dale decide to turn the property into a luxury “adventure retreat” for adults—complete with obstacle courses, karaoke nights, and pyrotechnic drum-offs. Chaos ensues as the brothers struggle with difficult guests, zoning laws, and an unexpected rival camp led by Danny McBride.
Featuring celebrity cameos, absurd pranks, and a heartfelt exploration of what it means to grow up (or not), the trailer teases the return of fan-favorite characters like Alice (Kathryn Hahn) and Derek (Adam Scott)—still as annoyingly perfect as ever.
