Myles Garrett next team odds: Commanders favored to acquire Browns’ star pᴀss rusher

Myles Garrett wants out of Cleveland, and teams are lining up to trade for the six-time Pro Bowler.

A clear favorite has emerged to bring in the former first-overall pick after he publicly requested a trade from the Browns in early February.

The Commanders, who made a surprising run to the NFC Championship game, currently have the best odds (+350) at DraftKings Sportsbook to acquire Garrett.

The Super Bowl champion Eagles, who already feature an elite defensive line, are the second-favorites at +500 odds.

Then there’s the chance that the Browns, who have Garrett under contract for two more seasons, hold on to their defensive superstar (+550).

Garrett, 29, has spent all eight seasons of his career in Cleveland, making the postseason just twice during his tenure.

The Browns were one of the worst teams in the NFL this season, going 3-14 to land the No. 2 pick in the draft.

Betting on the NFL?

“While I’ve loved calling this city my home, my desire to win and compete on the biggest stages won’t allow me to be complacent,” Garrett said in his statement requesting a trade. “The goal was never to go from Cleveland to Canton, it has always been to compete for and win a Super Bowl. With that in mind, I have requested to be traded from the Cleveland Browns.”

The Browns will undoubtedly ask for a mᴀssive haul in return for Garrett if they opt to trade him.

Chicago had been rumored to be in the market for Garrett, although that also doesn’t get Garrett much closer to competing for a Super Bowl.

The Bills at +550 are among the better and more realistic options, although his cap hit of $19.7 million would make it difficult for Buffalo to absorb and would require some fancy financial footwork.
