Jason, Kylie and a dejected Kelce clan flee New Orleans on a private jet after watching Travis' Super Bowl failure

A weary-looking Jason Kelce was seen jetting out New Orleans with wife Kylie and dad Ed after watching brother Travis’s defeat in the Super Bowl.

The Kelce clan were at Caesars Superdome on Sunday night as Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs came up short in their bid to become the first team in history to pull off a famous three-peat.

And it was Jason’s beloved Eagles who sent them tumbling at the final hurdle, with quarterback Jalen Hurts inspiring a dominant 40-22 win for Philadelphia.

The day after the showpiece, Travis’ family were seen loading luggage onto a private jet as they prepared to fly back from New Orleans Lakefront Airport, presumably to their home state of Pennsylvania.

Despite Jason and Kylie previously implying they would be rooting for the Eagles over Travis’ Chiefs – a result of the former spending 13 happy and successful years in Philly – the trio all looked fairly dejected as they stepped on and off the aircraft to put their bags on.

Ed would likely have been feeling downbeat after his youngest son’s bruising defeat on Sunday night, a game in which he went largely anonymous with girlfriend Taylor Swift watching on from the stands.

The legendary тιԍнт end registered just four catches and 39 yards from six targets on a miserable night for Kansas City, before slumping off the field and back to the locker room while looking on the verge of tears.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, just moments after he headed down the tunnel Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole joined the Philly celebrations on the field.

Nicole, who dated Kelce on and off for five years before they went their separate ways in 2022, could be seen dancing on the Chiefs’ grave in videos shared on her Instagram story.

Many are questioning whether, at 35, Kelce will now choose to bow out from football and focus on his newfound TV and acting career.

As well as watching Travis in action, Jason was also working as an analyst on ESPN’s Sunday Countdown before the game got underway at the Superdome.

The 37-year-old was overcome with emotion at one stage of the network’s pregame show as he discussed the survivors of the January 1 New Orleans terrorist attack.

Kelce’s former team welcomed one survivor, Ryan Quigley, to the facility last month, which allowed the retired center spend time with the diehard Eagles fan.

Quigley suffered serious injuries during the New Year’s Day terror attack – in which a terrorist drove his car through crowds of people on Bourbon Street – while his best friend and former Princeton football teammate Tiger Bech was one of the 14 people to lose their lives.

After being told by co-host Mike Greenberg to ‘take a moment,’ an overwhelmed Kelce began to discuss the tragedy and his interactions with Quigley.

‘There’s some awful people in this world,’ the tearful Kelce told his ESPN colleagues. ‘And I had the fortune to meet Ryan, and his spirit, you wouldn’t even know something happened if he wasn’t in a wheelchair before the Rams game.

‘On one end, something terrible can happen,’ Kelce continued. ‘On the other end, something so beautiful can happen. I’m just happy he’s gonna be here. On behalf of Eagles fans everywhere, hell yeah, Ryan.’
