NEW ORLEANS — It’s a young man’s game.

If the NFL is consistent about anything — other than tucking billions of dollars away into its coffers each year — it’s consistent about trying to run the old guys out and replace them with youth.

That goes not only for players, but coaches, too.

But is that really a winning formula when it comes to coaches?
