Ravens star admits he’s a Chiefs ‘hater’ and calls for someone to end their Super Bowl reign after Baltimore exit

Ravens star admits he's a Chiefs 'hater' and calls for someone to end their Super Bowl reign after Baltimore exit

Baltimore Ravens star Marlon Humphrey fired off a message to the four NFL teams remaining in the playoffs.

The Ravens’ Super Bowl dreams were dashed in agonizing fashion Sunday when they suffered a 27-25 Divisional Round defeat to the Buffalo Bills.

And with his own team out of the running, the cornerback revealed who he wants to lift the Lombardi Trophy: Anyone but the Kansas City Chiefs.

‘I have no reason of saying this other than being a hater,’ Humphrey admitted in a post on X Tuesday. ‘The Bills or whatever NFC team gotta beat the Chiefs. We can’t let them keep getting away with this.’

The Chiefs beat the Houston Texans 23-14 Saturday to set up an AFC Championship showdown against the Bills.

It marks a remarkable seventh straight appearance in the AFC showdown for Kansas City and should they take down Josh Allen and co. they will reach their third straight Super Bowl – their fifth in six years.

Meanwhile, the Commanders reached the  NFC Championship game for the first time in 33 years by upsetting the No. 1 seed Detroit Lions with the Eagles, who last made it to the Super Bowl in 2023 only to lose to the Chiefs, lie in wait.

The Ravens exited the playoffs in heartbreaking fashion following two last-gasp errors from тιԍнт end Mark Andrews.

With the game on the line and just seconds on the clock, the veteran dropped a two-point conversion to tie the game, moments after a costly fumble in the dying minutes of the blockbuster playoff clash.

And following the defeat, Humphrey acknowledged that there could be a lot of changes behind the seasons in Baltimore this offseason.

‘This team is done,’ Humphrey told The Athletic, adding: ‘When I look at it, some guys will be here, some guys won’t — who knows what?

‘I know I have no more years guaranteed on this existing contract, so it’s whatever message you have. You could be on this team. You could be on another team. Some guys will stay, some guys will leave, and I fall into that same bucket. So, the message is, “We lost. Get over it,” and we’ll kind of see where the offseason goes.’
