Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams could be hit with a hefty fine from the NFL for his celebration after a 61-yard touchdown against the Washington Commanders.

In a whirlwind first half in Detroit, Williams somersaulted into the end zone before appearing to thrust his hips at the ground in celebration while his teammates raced over towards him.

Cameras quickly cut away from Williams on the broadcast but the two seconds that went out on the air was all that was needed to make it a talking point. 

And as much as fans found it funny, they all said that Williams is set for a monster fine after the game is done.

Another wrote: ‘Jameson Williams doesn’t care about a fine from the NFL.’

‘How to lose 300k in two seconds,’ read another comment.
