Why does it seem that only missed kicks get named?

Most of the NFL playoff moments that are so famous they are known by a nickname — “The Catch” by Dwight Clark, “Music City Miracle” by Frank Wycheck and Kevin Dyson, “The Immaculate Reception” by Franco Harris, “Minneapolis Miracle” by Stefon Diggs, “Beast Quake” by Marshawn Lynch and “Philly Special” by Nick Foles — resulted in points.

Some, like David Tyree’s “Helmet Catch,” led to points.

But it seems the opposite is true for kickers. “The Miss” by Gary Anderson, “Wide Right” by Scott Norwood and “Double Doink” by Cody Parkey have nicknames, but Adam Vinatieri’s two Super Bowl-clinching field goals do not, and Vinatieri’s famous Patriots dynasty-starting “Snow Kick” is lesser known than a different play in the same “Tuck Rule” game.
