Centuries later, his mummy was rediscovered and eventually found its way to the Egyptian Museum. In a remarkable turn of events, the ancient pharaoh’s body traveled to Paris in 1976 for preservation treatment, receiving full military honors upon arrival – a testament to his lasting importance.
