Things aren’t looking good for the Eagles fan who went viral for all the wrong reasons during their playoff clash with the Packers on Sunday.

A male Philadelphia fan was captured on video heckling a female Packers fan — and repeatedly calling her a “dumb c–t” — while her fiancé, Alexander Basara, filmed the entire altercation in the stands at Lincoln Financial Field.

Now, it seems the Eagles fan’s employer is involved after the woman’s fiancé posted the footage on X, and called on his social media community to help identify the man.

BCT Partners — a management consulting firm, located in East Brunswick, N.J. that helps organizations solve complex social issues — released a statement on Monday, and said it opened an internal investigation into the matter.

According to internet sleuths as a project manager with the company.

“The management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace,” the company said, without naming the employee. “BCT Partners denounces this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously. As an organization that has always stood for inclusivity, the conduct displayed was completely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to our company values.

“We have already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken. We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior and remain committed to fostering a culture of respect for all.”

His LinkedIn page no longer exists and his social media accounts have been deleted.

The Eagles organization is aware of the situation and will take action against the heckler, according to a local report.

“Big Dom has identified the guy and woman involved in this incident,” Derrick Gunn, an Eagles podcaster, reported, referring to Dom DiSandro, the senior advisor to the general manager/chief security officer/gameday coaching operations for the Eagles.

“.. The guy will be banned from future Eagles games .. the Eagles will be sending the woman Packers gear as an apology .. Eagles once again showing what a class organization they are.”

Basara shared the video and explained that the man’s heckling was “unprovoked” while they were simply cheering for Green Bay.

“Don’t call her a dumb c –t,” Basara told the man, who doubled down on his insults.

“She is an ugly dumb c–t,” the Eagles fan said.

The woman wasn’t fazed.

“I’m ugly,” she said, while pretending to cry. “I’m so hurt.”

Basra explained that he wanted no part in a physical altercation.

“It was a tough situation,” he wrote on X. “Surrounded by hostile people including 2 of his buddy’s (one his brother). If I got physical there was no good ending there.”

In the video, another man was seen tapping the Eagles fan’s shoulder, but the heckling only escalated.

The Eagles have yet to publicly address the incident.
