CON AIR 2 (2026)

Twenty-seven years later and Nicolas Cage’s Cameron Poe is still the only man alive who can make a Southern drawl sound like a death threat. The “dead” psychos from the first film? Secretly sold to a black-ops contractor, turned into super-soldiers, and now they’ve hijacked a brand-new flying prison to settle the score. John Cusack’s U.S. Marshal Larkin is dragged out of retirement, Monica Potter’s Tricia is now a badass crisis negotiator, and Danny Trejo’s Johnny-23 rises from the grave with a grin that says “I told you I’d be back.”

The trailer is pure 90s-on-steroids chaos: convicts in orange jumpsuits surfing the wings, Cage growling “Put… the bunny… back… in the box” while dual-wielding flare guns, Trejo throwing people out of cargo doors like confetti. Final money shot: two jumbo jets spiraling toward the Grand Canyon at golden-hour Canyon in a slow-motion collision that’ll melt your face off.
Verdict: 9.5/10. Unhinged, unapologetic, and somehow the most beautiful disaster you’ll see all year. Sweet dreams, baby.
