Tom Hardy was spotted being made camera ready on Friday, as he prepared to film scenes for Guy Ritchie’s upcoming TV series, The ᴀssociate, in London – just days after the set was robbed for the second time.
And while the Hollywood star, 47, is known for his dashing good looks, the crew were on hand to make sure his makeup and costume were perfect before calling action.
Tom could be seen getting into character for the big-budget gangster series, while the wardrobe team helped him into a green zip-up jacket.
The actor was then surrounded by the makeup and hair team, who worked to quickly to powder his face and top up his lip balm.
While director Guy soon made his way over to chat to his star before the scene, and give him some last-minute notes and direction.
The ᴀssociate marks the second collaboration between the director and the Venom star, after the pair previously worked together for 2008 crime thriller RocknRolla.

Tom has also signed on to executive producer the Paramount+ show alongside Guy, Jez ʙuттerworth and Kris Thykier.
As well as Tom, the star-studded cast also includes Oscar winning actress Helen Mirren and former James Bond star Pierce Brosnan.
They play married couple Maeve and Conrad Harrigan, who together head one of the most successful organised Irish crime families in London.
While Tom plays Harry Da Souza, a dangerous ‘fixer’ who is also on call for the Harrigans to help them clear up any problems.
The synopsis of the show describes it as the story of ‘two warring families based in London whose enterprises stretch all corners of the globe and the fiercely loyal “fixer” charged with protecting one of them at all costs.’
However, production has got off to a rocky start with the London set being robbed twice in the past week, with thieves said to have made off with £1million worth of camera kit.
The first robbery took place last week, while production crew and security were on site, as two men in Toyota Prius supposedly distracted people by asking for directions before speeding off with the expensive equipment.
Speaking about the incident, a source told The Sun: ‘Their questions distracted people and at that moment, the other bloke jumped out and grabbed a bag of camera equipment that was on the side of the road.

‘He jumped back in the car and they sped off. The security guards started going bananas because they’d basically been robbed in broad daylight. It was pretty embarrᴀssing and a costly mistake. The kit on those films isn’t cheap.’
Guy reportedly brought in different security to ‘тιԍнтen things up’ after sacking the previous firm, to ensure there would be no more break-ins.
However, the Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels director is said to to be furious after the thieves returned and once again succeeded in stealing thousands worth of expensive equipment.
An insider told The Sun: ‘These guys are scum and after the first robbery they came back and did it all over again. The second time around they made off with camera lenses and some kit that was worth mᴀssive money.
‘They’ll be making a lot of cash if they can somehow sell it on. The fact the production has been caught out twice makes a total mockery of the security firm and they have been given their marching orders.
‘The ᴀssociate is being filmed in and around the city streets and naturally there are risks, but this is hugely embarrᴀssing. Guy is confident it won’t throw filming off but it’s been a hard lesson for everyone involved.’
MailOnline contacted representatives for Guy Ritchie for comment.
The Snatch filmmaker will be counting on the show to be a hit following the success of his drama The Gentleman, which was released earlier this year.
Back in July, the hit series broke record views on Netflix after it reached 44 million views in just four weeks.

It seems Netflix bosses are eager to bring a sequel to screens – potentially reuniting the main stars which include Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, Ray Winstone, as well as Daniel Ings and Vinnie Jones.
The action comedy show is reportedly ‘already in talks to deliver a second series’ – as ‘Netflix chiefs are keen for a sequel’.
‘It’s going to be quite a challenge getting the same actors back together, but Netflix chiefs are keen for a sequel,’ a source told The Sun.
‘Another hurdle will be securing Guy for the series as he already has several movie projects in the pipeline this year. But the success of series one has already convinced them there’s huge potential for a follow-up.’
