Holly Hagan has revealed the results of her more than three stone weight loss in a before and after video that showed off the results of her fitness journey.
The Geordie Shore star, 32, who welcomed her son in June last year, revealed she has been on a 15 month regime aimed at ‘beginners and busy mums’.
Wearing the same turquoise ʙικιɴι in the clips taken more than a year apart, Holly showcased the incredible results of her programme.
Holly previously admitted she ‘stopped showing up and creating content’ after being criticised by cruel online trolls on her postpartum body.
However the mother of one is now back to her best and showing off her hard work and gruelling sessions by promoting her classes.
Promising similar results to her clients, she said: ‘We created our app for beginners and busy mums! Even if you can only give 10 minutes per day, paired with the correct nutrition you will see results.’

Earlier this month, Holly reflected on her recent fitness journey in a defiant Instagram post where she shared more pH๏τos of her journey.
Holly credited ‘consistency and patience’ for her impressive transformation, after struggling to slim down her posterior due to a Braziliam Bum Lift (BBL) she’d had years earlier.
Opening up about the dangers of surgery, the MTV alum admitted she regrets ‘not being educated’ on fitness and now wants to help others through her experience.
She posed in the same black knickers and bra for the snaps, displaying the newly slimmed-down figure, 16 months after giving birth to her son Alpha-Jax.

‘I’ve been grafting my a**e off (literally) to reduce my bbl naturally after gaining weight in pregnancy and the majority going to my bum.
‘The trolling I received on my post partum body wasn’t ideal and it meant I stopped showing up and creating content for because I was so nervous about what people would say about my body.
‘I was constantly encouraged to go and get more surgery to reverse it without people understanding the danger of a surgery in that area.

‘I knew it could be reduced with fat loss, I just needed consistency and patience.
‘I’m honestly gutted for myself that I didn’t have the education I do now to understand how to get the body I wanted with diet and exercise.
‘I didn’t know what my body was capable of and I thought it was the easy way out! (It wasn’t) and has cause me so many issues ever since.
‘I wish I’d known how simple it actually was. A few 20 minute classes from home, getting my steps in and matching my calories to my activity. That’s it!
Holly continued: ‘All I can do now is try to use my experience to help others not make the same mistakes as I did.
‘To finally understand how fat loss works and how to achieve the body you want from home, around work and children.

In the first clip she was seen jogging on the spot shortly after giving birth to her now-16-month-old son, while in the next she debuted her newly toned figure.
‘Eight weeks post-partum wondering how I’ll ever teach classes again due to my lack of fitness and 50lbs weight gain,’ she wrote on top of the first video.
