Charlene White has revealed the outrageous way she found out her ex partner was cheating on her during Monday’s Loose Women.
The broadcaster, 44, left panelists Frankie Bridge, Coleen Nolan and Judi Love stunned as she shared the very specific thing she did to catch him out.
While she didn’t disclose the identify of the ex, Charlene said she found out he was cheating on her by tracking the mileage on her car after he used it.
She said: ‘When my gut sort of kicked in with a former partner of mine, it was my car that showed me what was going on.
‘He would often borrow my car and I just thought something was a bit off. Because if I was working night shifts, he’d borrow my car because his wasn’t working.
‘Because I sort something’s not right, I started to make note of the mileage on my car. I’d right it down in the note book and then the next time I’d use the car, I’d make a note of the mileage that was on the car and then I’d work out the difference.

‘And I sort of knew how far away this other person lived and I’d worked out how many miles it was from my house and then I minus the mileage.
‘And that confirmed it to me. Going to your mums house when your mum only lives two miles from down the road. There’s a difference between two miles and thirty miles. And so I worked it out from that.’
Charlene shares two children Alfie, seven, and Florence, four, with her long term partner Andy.
In 2023, Charlene opened up about her private relationship with Andy and revealed why they aren’t married.
The couple have been together for seven years.
She told The Mirror: ‘I’m happy with the way that we are and it kind of works for us. I know that a lot of the married Loose Women find that strange, but it works for us. And to be honest, we’re too busy raising two very young kids.
‘We met at a party. A traditional meet. I hadn’t quite ventured into the realms of online dating when we met, but I think if we hadn’t I would have done.’
It comes after Charlene revealed a recent crime scare where she saw a group of young balaclava-wearing cyclists moments before a woman’s phone was stolen.

The presenter spoke about the phone theft while appearing on Loose Women in April.
Charlene had been at the bus stop when two young people on bikes came past her, both wearing balaclavas. The pair turned a corner and the journalist then heard a woman scream.
She explained how she was ‘annoyed’ at herself as she had suspected that they might be planning on stealing a phone and was tempted to take a pH๏τo of them, but didn’t.
‘As I was walking towards the bus stop two bikes came in front of me,’ Charlene said. ‘I looked up and I realised they were wearing balaclavas.
‘Now living in London, there’s load of cyclists and cyclists do wear balaclavas because it protects them from the cold air. But it’s very rare to see it on younger cyclists. So I was like “Something doesn’t seem right”.
‘I’m really annoyed with myself because I said “It doesn’t seem right because I know what they’re about to do, the likelihood is that they’re going to try to steal somebody’s phone”.
‘So I was like “I need to take a picture” and then I didn’t, and then they turned a corner and about 20 seconds later I heard a woman scream and they had stolen her phone.’
