Livid Strictly Come Dancing fans have claimed the judges missed ‘multiple mistakes right under their noses’ during Saturday night’s live show.

Viewers shared their annoyance over JB Gill and his professional partner Lauren Oakley’s ‘perfect scoring’ despite them ‘messing up their routine’.

JLS star JB, 37, and Lauren, 33, scored an impressive 39 points for their Charleston to Yes Sir! That’s My Baby by Firehouse Five Plus Two.

But despite their near-perfect score, viewers spotted JB nearly ‘dropped’ Lauren on the dancefloor.

Taking to X on Saturday night, fans discussed JB’s mistake and picked up on the judges’ ‘unfair’ scoring.

‘I’m sorry… JB made a very obvious mistake during his routine and got 2 10s, but Jamie does a gorgeous Foxtrot and gets 7, 8s and a 9?? Scandalous #Strictly (I also love them both, but gotta ask the question of Whyyyyyy!!!!)’,

‘It was a very good charleston, but I don’t understand JB getting multiple 10s when he definitely went on the wrong foot at one point, and a couple of lift transitions were almost crunchy. #scd #strictly’,

‘So JB’s dance was better than Sarah Hadland’s? I dont think so. His knees were not high enough in the flicks and they didnt match his partner. Also he struggled with the lifts. Another example of unfair scoring. Sarah had a better dance’,

‘Erm… I’m no dancing world champion, but JB messed up a few steps I thought?’ 

Ever since the current series began, JB has been accused of having an unfair advantage because of his dance background as part of boy band JLS. 

But JB, who sH๏τ to fame on X Factor in 2008, has now hit back – telling The Mail on Sunday: ‘People will believe whatever they want to believe. I’ve never, ever had a dance lesson. I’ve never attended a dance class.

‘Of course, I dance as part of JLS. So I’ve had choreographed routines. But, as you can imagine, those are pretty much set in stone. 

‘There’s a big difference between that and what we do week in, week out on Strictly.
