The Chase viewers were left raging over ‘shocking scenes’ during Wednesday’s episode that saw a contestant break show records in the worst possible way.
Jenny ‘The Vixen’ put an offer of minus £17,000 on the table which was taken by one of the contestants, Chetan, with fans saying ‘you should be ashamed!’
He was joined on the show by Kym, who scored £8,000 in her cashbuilder round and then accepted an offer of £75,000.
Nicky earned £7,000 but later took an offer of £5,000 which took away some of Kym’s winnings.
Before taking on The Chaser, Chetan said: ‘Probably not going to be the most popular choice but I do think there is strength in numbers so I’m going to go for the -17.’

On Monday night’s episode, presenter Bradley Walsh welcomed Caroline from Cambridge, Alexander from Leeds, Emma from Kent and Alan from Derbyshire.
They went up against relentless Chaser Darragh ‘The Menace’ Ennis in the hope of winning a prize pot worth thousands of pounds.

They went up against relentless Chaser Darragh ‘The Menace’ Ennis in the hope of winning a prize pot worth thousands of pounds but one by one they fell defeated
But fans were left feeling deflated as one by one each player fell victim the The Menace.
Caroline got caught by the Chaser and was forced to leave the team, leaving them with just three members so early in the show.
Alexander and Emma then both accepted Darragh’s low offers of £1000, hoping playing it safe would keep them in the compeтιтion, only to be sorely mistaken.
Left to fend for himself, Alan took the high offer of £100,000 but got caught anyway.
Darragh said they were ‘a very strong team on paper but the luck didn’t fall for them at the table’.
