Danny Jones and Oti Mabuse broke down in tears as he opened up about his life-long anxiety during Wednesday night’s episode.
The McFly star, 38, was overcome with emotion as he discussed his mental health with his campmates, admitting he has had therapy since he was 19-years-old.
Fans praised the star for being so honest and open about his mental health, after Oti, 34, stressed the importance of men talking about their feelings.
During the very emotional chat, Oti was brought to tears as she revealed her half-brother Neo committed suicide and admitted he probably would still be alive if ‘he had spoken to someone about what he was feeling’.
Explaining that one of his tattoos says ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’, Danny said: ‘It’s because I’m always constantly worrying, but that’s what I’m working on.
‘I’ve been in therapy since I was 19 for anxiety.’

Danny recalled a moment where he had a panic attack on live TV while being interviewed.
He said: I was freaking out and I couldn’t answer the question that got asked to me. [My] Heartrate goes crazy.’
As Jane asked whether he thought he had anxiety from a child or from being in a band, he said: ‘I think I escaped a lot.’
Comforting the star, Tulisa said: ‘It’s really good to let it out and it’s really brave to be vulnerable, people respect it.’
Oti added: ‘I think it’s really good that you keep saying people must talk, especially young boys.
‘I don’t think young boys tend to talk that much and the suicide rate is so high in young men especially, so I think it’s important that you keep telling people to talk about it.’
She continued: ‘I had a brother who committed suicide when he was 16 and I think if he had spoken to someone about what he was feeling, it would’ve been a different turnout.
‘Especially in our culture, we don’t really open up. Every year we celebrate his birthday, but it’s the people that are still left with the aftermath that feel it every single day.

‘And you have to go out in the world and be strong and happy and bubbly and positive, but it’s tough.
‘So if you don’t talk about it, no matter how frustrating it is and if you don’t get those feelings out, if you don’t seek the help, it’s hurtful for you, as well as the people around you that love you.’
Tulisa turned to Oti: ‘I think you’re amazing at that Oti, you go out everyday, your energy is so positive and so light. That’s like your superpower.’
