Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with five new Sєxual ᴀssault lawsuits as he awaits trial on federal Sєx trafficking charges.

The five alleged victims all filed the suits anonymously on Tuesday, November 19, seeking compensatory and punitive damages from Diddy, 55.

One of three John Does claimed that he was drugged at an afterparty in Miami before being “Sєxually ᴀssaulted and penetrated” by Diddy.

The court documents, obtained by Us Weekly, claimed that the plaintiff “lost consciousness” after consuming a beverage at the party and later “woke to a sharp pain in his rectum and anus.” He alleged that he then saw Diddy “fully erect, trying to insert his penis into [his] anus” and could not fight back due to the alleged drugs in his system.

The second John Doe claimed that he was “lured to New York City” to meet Diddy “for a possible acting role in a music video.” During a meeting about the role, which took place in a H๏τel suite, the accuser claimed that a casting director gave him a Diet Coke that “tasted strange.” The man claimed he later lost consciousness and woke to find himself facedown across an ottoman with his pants pulled down.

“He felt a great deal of pain and realized, as he looked back, that he was being anally sodomized by Combs,” the lawsuit alleged. “His vision was blurry, but he recognized Combs’ chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross on it that Combs wore during the interview.” The plaintiff further claimed that Diddy’s bodyguard held him down by the arms during the alleged Sєxual ᴀssault.

The third John Doe claimed that he was drugged and Sєxually ᴀssaulted while attending a New York City party hosted by Diddy “in or around 2022.” The man claimed he “blacked out” after consuming a drink and woke up in “a dark bedroom” to find Diddy “on top of him, sodomizing him.”

One of two Jane Does who filed a lawsuit on Tuesday claimed she was 17 when Diddy allegedly drugged and raped her at his Fourth of July all-white party in the Hamptons in 2024. The woman claimed that she “began to feel lightheaded and disoriented” after consuming a drink at the party. When she awoke, she claimed her underwear were missing and she felt “throbbing pains in her vaginal and anal areas.”

The woman alleged that Diddy, accompanied by two of his bodyguards, then approached her and told her “she would be in danger if she spoke about what occurred.”

A second Jane Doe claimed that she was drugged and forced to perform oral Sєx on Diddy in 2001. She alleged that she started to feel “dizzy, intoxicated and disoriented” after consuming a drink given to her by one of the rapper’s ᴀssociates while in a limo with Diddy and members of his security team. The woman claimed that Diddy “ordered” her and her friend to “take turns performing oral Sєx” on each of the men in the limo, noting that they complied due to being “drugged, scared and confined among numerous men.”

All five alleged victims are represented by the Buzbee Law Firm, founded by Tony Buzbee. Diddy denied all the allegations via a statement from his lawyer Erica Wolff.

“The extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs,” the statement, shared with Us, reads. “As his legal team has said before, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never Sєxually ᴀssaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy is currently incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after being arrested and charged on counts of Sєx trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prosтιтution in September. He pleaded not guilty and has denied the charges.

Diddy’s trial is set to begin in May 2025. After being denied bail three times, his legal team proposed a new $50 million bail package earlier this month. Prosecutors argued in a Friday, November 15, legal motion that the bail request should be denied, claiming that Diddy has tried to obstruct an investigation while in jail. The court documents, obtained by CNN, accused Diddy of orchestrating social media campaigns “aimed at tainting the jury pool” and contacting “witnesses through third parties.”

Diddy’s lawyers hit back on Monday, November 18, with a motion claiming that Diddy’s “Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights” were violated by a recent search of his jail cell.

“Defense counsel has recently learned that the prosecutors are in possession of attorney client privileged material, including the defendant’s own written notes,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo wrote, calling the search a “targeted seizure” that amounts to “a substantive due process violation.”

NBC News subsequently reported that “eight pages of a calendar book” were seized from Diddy’s cell as part of “a planned sweep to address contraband and drugs.”

The outlet reported that ᴀssistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik from the prosecution claimed Diddy wrote notes on the calendar about “paying off witnesses and finding dirt on victims.”

“A witness was paid off and finding dirt on two different victims is not privilege,” Slavic said during a Tuesday hearing, per NBC News.

At the hearing, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that prosecutors must “get rid of copies” of the notes. The court, meanwhile, will “keep the papers” as the defense and prosecution prepare to “submit briefs about the raid” in the coming weeks.
