Kristin Cavallari’s ex-husband Jay Cutler is engaged to girlfriend Samantha Robertson.

Insiders told People Tuesday that Cutler, who played for 12 years as a quarterback in the NFL, was engaged to Robertson.

Robertson was seen at a Yellowstone screening in New York City with the retired football player November 7 wearing an engagement ring.

Cutler previously wed the reality TV star in 2013, but the pair announced their split in 2020. They are parents to Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, eight.

Robertson is mother to two daughters, Sophia and River, with her ex-husband, actor Trace Ayala, who is close with Justin Timberlake, 43. 

Cutler – who played for the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins – and Robertson publicly declared they were dating in a September 2023 Instagram post.

Cavallari and Cutler wed in 2013 and divorced in 2020. They are parents to Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, eight. She was pictured in Nashville last year 

Robertson posted a sH๏τ to her 25,000 followers on the platform in which she and Cutler embraced in front of a stunning sky, captioning the sH๏τ, ‘Sunsets in Montana never disappoint.’

Robertson previously posted sH๏τs of herself with Cutler while they were in France together for a friend’s nuptials, which she dubbed ‘the most beautiful wedding.’

Cavallari in August of 2022 expressed her wishes that Cutler would remarry at some point. She said on the Call Her Daddy podcast, ‘I hope that he finds someone, I really do.

‘I mean, I want him happy. My kids benefit from that, you know. So I hope that he gets remarried. I mean, I really do.’

Cavallari said on her podcast Let’s Be Honest last month that her ‘heart broke’ amid her marriage to Cutler, which was finalized in 2022.

‘Even though I’m the one that walked away, it was not what I wanted, It was not what I had envisioned and I really tried everything I could,’ she said.

Cavallari added: ‘You just can’t get there. And I would say my heart was broken for years in my marriage. Again, I’m not talking s*** about Jay at all – I’m really not.’

Cavallari said that while she ‘publicly said some things at first’ about Cutler, she doesn’t ‘really talk about him at all’ anymore.

Insiders told People Tuesday that the former NFL quarterback was engaged to Robertson 

Cutler last month was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a handgun after a minor collision.

Cutler was given a $5,000 bond and was released, according to a statement from the Franklin Police Department.

Police say they responded to an accident and it appeared that Cutler’s vehicle rear-ended another. 

Officers detected the smell of alcohol on Cutler, who also had blood-sH๏τ eyes and was slurring his words, the police said.

Cutler refused a field sobriety test and was taken to a hospital where a blood sample was obtained after getting a search warrant, the release said. The police said they also found two firearms in the car, including a loaded pistol.

Cutler was also charged with failure to exercise due care to avoid a collision and violating implied consent. All charges are misdemeanors or civil offenses, according to Tennessee law.

Cutler played 12 seasons in the NFL, throwing for 35,133 yards and 227 touchdowns. He retired after the 2017 season with the Dolphins.
