Lydia Bright has sparked rumours that she’s split from her hunky boyfriend Ben Davies.

The former TOWIE star, 33, who had been dating landscape gardener Ben since the start of the year, has deleted all traces of him from her social media account. 

And in a post over the weekend she told how she’d had a ‘tough’ week where lots of ‘s****y’ things happened. 

She booked a last minute flight to see her sister Georgia in Berlin after ‘feeling lost’ – but didn’t specify what had happened. 

Lydia penned: ‘This week has been tough, lots of s****y things happened and I was feeling a bit lost. I didn’t want to lean on my big sister as I knew how busy she’d be with her work summit in Berlin.

‘But when I called her on Thursday to wish her happy birthday, she immediately knew I wasn’t myself (nobody knows me like her.) 

‘She practically begged me to fly out to see her, organised me a H๏τel and after the 20th voice note I booked my flight on Thursday evening, 12 hours before take off. This trip was everything I needed. 

‘Thank you for knowing what I need more than I know myself. For dropping everything when I need you the most.’

The pair no longer follow each other on social media either. 

A representative for Lydia has been contacted by MailOnline for comment. 

Back in July Lydia packed on the PDA with Ben on a yacht in Ibiza.

The reality star branded father-of-one Ben, who she had been dating for eight months at the time, the ‘love of my life’ as she shared the loved-up gallery of Instagram snaps.

Posting the album to her 1.2million followers Lydia wrote: ‘The person I never knew I needed LOML’ and tagged her new flame.

The mother-of-one’s romance with Ben came five years after she separated from boyfriend Lee Cronin, with whom she shares her daughter Loretta, four.

Lydia and Ben’s romance was first confirmed by MailOnline after the couple attended one of her ex-boyfriend James Argent’s music gigs together in April.

Lydia was seen pᴀssionately kissing Ben at celebrity H๏τspot Sheesh in Chigwell where her former flame – with whom she remains close friends – was headlining with The Arg Band.

A source told MailOnline at the time that Lydia wasn’t discreet with Ben, as the couple snogged and danced together and she introduced him to TOWIE regular Dan Edgar, as well as Georgia Harrison and Sophie Kasaei.

A source revealed at the time: ‘Lydia couldn’t keep her hands off Ben… and she certainly didn’t seem to mind that her ex was just a few feet away.

‘They were pᴀssionately kissing right in front of where James was performing with The Arg Band, which didn’t go unnoticed by other guests at the event.

‘Lydia and James have been close friends for years and are comfortable with the fact they have both moved on in life, although it can still be awkward to see your ex with someone new.

Fans have speculated in recent years that the pair have reconciled in secret due to their closeness, but they remain just friends.
