Ruth Langsford couldn’t wipe the radiant smile off her face as she was snapped leaving leaving restaurant 34 Mayfair with her pal Lizzie Cundy on Saturday night.

The Loose Women host, 64, looked over the moon while leaving the swanky place in London after partying it all up with friends ahead of her I’m A Celebrity stint.

For her outing, the TV favourite sported a classy all-black look featuring a chic blazer with rhinestone embellishments and matching trousers.

Ruth completed the elegant look with a clutch bag and open-toe heels, both of a eye-catching silver metallic shade.

The presenter was glowing, flashing a smile on her way out as she was followed by glamorous Lizzie.

Meanwhile the socialite, 56, turned heads in a fashionable all-red ensemble, catching the eye as she strutted her stuff.

Lizzie finished off her head-turning ensemble with a large Dior tote bag, appearing in great spirits after the lavish dinner. 

It comes after reports emerged that Ruth will be whisking off to Australia later this month to appear on I’m A Celeb spin-off show Unpacked, as she navigates the fallout from her split with husband Eamonn Holmes.

The ITV alum will join the program to support her co-star Jane Moore, 62, who is a contestant in this year’s ITV series. 

The trip comes as Eamonn, also 64, has been seen publicly with his new partner, Katie Alexander, 43, while Ruth showcased a fresh look with blonde hair extensions.

A source revealed to The Sun that the opportunity to join the spin-off show had been a welcome distraction for Ruth during a challenging year. 

They said: ‘It’s been a tough year for Ruth and she’s been putting her best foot forward, she’s thrilled to have been asked to appear on this the spin off show and fly to Australia ahead of Christmas.

The insider added that Ruth is eager to support Jane, saying: ‘She’s rooting for Jane and can’t wait to give her opinion on how she is getting on.

Ruth’s involvement is expected to add star power to the revamped spin-off as she joins the production in Australia ahead of the festive season.

Meanwhile Eamonn shared his graтιтude and opened up on his ‘tough year’ as he attended his first event with his new girlfriend last week. 

He has battled many health woes this year and recently revealed he ‘can no longer walk or look after himself.’ 

After surgery on his back in 2022 for a slipped disc, the GB News host has not been able to walk unaided and often relies on a wheelchair.  

Speaking at the event Eamonn admitted he was glad to see the end of 2024, while being supported by his girlfriend.

Speaking to The Sun On Sunday, he said: ‘It’s been a tough year and I’ll be glad to see the back of it.’

He added: ‘But there are lots of things to be grateful for and I hope that my health improves next year.’

Eammon and Katie made their first appearance as a couple at The Irish Post Awards, but the former GMB presenter requested that pH๏τographers not take pictures of them together. 

Eamonn and Ruth announced their plans to divorce in June after 14 years of marriage and 27 years together.

Now, Katie, who enjoyed a romantic cruise with the TV star earlier this year, has told friends she is in for ‘the long haul’ with Eamonn.

She has been helping Eamonn through the split from Ruth, but her friends say she is at pains to point out that their friendship has only grown close once the marriage was over in May.
